My husband and I were very pleased when we came across Scott Olson when we were looking for and comparing LTC companies, prices and packages regarding our Long Term Care.

Scott and Carolyn supplied us with all of the information and answered all of our questions very professionally. There was no pressure during the process. We can also call or email anytime with questions and they respond.

Buying Long Term Care is something we knew we had to do for ourselves as we live out of state and away from the rest of our families. This gives us the peace of mind that we will both be taken care of no matter what the future might bring. That is worth a lot!

When my wife and I decided it was time to explore the different companies offering long-term care insurance, we thought it would be a long process and possibly difficult with trying to compare all of the different levels of care, waiting times, costs, and so forth.

When I made the simple phone call to Scott, he immediately responded and put together a comparison of multiple insurance companies and what they offered along with the costs. My wife and I were easily able to review the comparisons and associated costs. Scott made his recommendation of the top 3 insurance packages and we agreed with his top choice, but it was our choice to make.

Throughout the simple and relatively short time period, Scott was always available to answers questions we had and he provided the follow-up that we wanted to make the entire process as easy as possible. Later, he worked directly with the insurance company in providing us with the paperwork and application process, making sure we understood everything. He then reviewed the applications and submitted them on our behalf.

Having gone through a difficult time deciding how to care for my 90 year old mother, we began to think of our own long term care goals. We realized we did not want to worry about depleting our savings if myself or my husband needed skilled or assisted nursing care for an extended time.

Choosing a long-term care insurance program is not easy.  There are so many factors to evaluate and trade-offs to consider that the process can easily become overwhelming.

As a retired attorney and experienced businessman, I thought that I could analyze the options and make a savvy decision.

Hi Scott…..we bought our LTC policies thru you in 2002.  Sure glad we did, as Wayne was diagnosed with ALZ in 2009.  We are getting home care 7 days a week fromwww.ComfortKeepers.com.

  1. I am also from Virginia and did a ton of research about long term care insurance because of what my late father and now my mother have been through (they did not have LTC insurance). I wanted to protect myself and my children should I become incapacitated either financially or mentally or both.

    Although I am on the East coast and Scott is on the West coast my research led me to his company and services. I cannot impress enough how simple he made the application process, matched me with a policy perfectly suited for my needs, and how easy he is to work with. Absolutely no pressure and he answers any and all questions you may have in a timely manner.
